I am Geert DD, born and living in Delft, The Netherlands. My hobby's include cycling, speed skating, the music of "the dinosaurs of rock" Pink Floyd, and of course kite flying. I started flying kites as a kid in 1977, and while most people grew up I kept on flying them and I still love it! Please check out the rest of the website and you will probably understand why. My interest in Pink Floyd started in the mid 80's and visiting their world tour of 1988/89 turned me into a real die-hard Floyd fan. In the 90's my interest focused more and more on my favorite album, The Wall. I collected several original Wall drawings by Gerald Scarfe and finally I made a dream come true by staging my own The Wall Concert, a scaled down version of the original live show.
